How to Check Orders and Download Tickets?
To access your tickets and review your orders, follow these steps:
Login to Your Dashboard: Start by signing in to your dashboard. Click the "Sign In" button located at the top navigation bar.
Ticket Purchase Without Login: If you've purchased a ticket without logging in, you will receive an email containing your password. Ensure it's the same email address you used during the ticket purchase. A copy of your ticket will also be sent to this email address.
Check Your Transaction: In case you haven't received your tickets via email, don't worry. You can still log in to your account to review your transaction.
Access Your Orders: After logging in, navigate to the "Orders" section. Under this section, locate the "Attraction" tab. Here, you'll find a list of all the orders associated with your account.
Download Your Ticket: Find the specific order you're looking for and click on it. Within the order details, you'll see a "Download" button. Click on this button to download your ticket directly to your device.
This user-friendly process ensures you can access and manage your tickets conveniently, whether you've logged in or made a purchase without an account.
